Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams in Washington. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analytic topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Fulfill supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and policy/compliance adherence.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensuring documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in practice.
