Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care in Washington state. Lead regional teams, apply clinical judgment, and ensure adherence to PBS Corp. standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in ABA topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance) is completed accurately.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
