Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LabA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and guide team development. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Applicants bilingual in English/Spanish are encouraged, and a licensure-credible path with state regulatory alignment is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field hours, and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
