Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery across assigned clients in Washington. You will ensure continuity of care, coordinate regional teams, and drive adherence to PBS Corp.'s clinical and ethical standards.

In this role, you will mentor supervisees, manage scheduling and staffing, and confirm timely completion of E Sign and compliance forms. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210.
• Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
