Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager in Washington to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and mentor clinical teams. Strong leadership and licensure are required, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, maintaining compliance, and managing staffing and documentation to uphold PBS Corp. standards. Hybrid work is possible for this role.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation—including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
