Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LabA/Program Manager to overseeABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate under WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
