Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care for clients. You will lead regional teams, monitor quality, and support staffing and scheduling needs while upholding PBS Corp. standards.

The role requires active licensure, relevant education, and experience in supervising behavior-analytic services, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
