Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will lead regional teams, maintain high standards, and support staffing and documentation across the program.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
