You will coordinate with regional teams, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage scheduling and staffing, and mentor supervisees while maintaining high‑quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 program; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation including E-Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
