The role requires active state licensure, a bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience, plus compliant supervision hours under Washington state rules. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Active state licensure as required
• 1000 field work hours with 1 year ABA experience
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)
• Supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
