Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth of clinical teams. The role demands strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards.

You will supervise program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, monitor quality, manage staffing, and ensure timely completion of documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
