Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree, 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• WAC 246-805-210 compliant degree with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies/regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
