Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply. Active licensure, BA with 1000 field hours and ABA experience, and WAC-based supervised experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with required hours.
• Complete required supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
