Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

The position requires active state licensure, a bachelor's degree with ABA field hours, and completion of WA state WAC-based supervision requirements. Hybrid work may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
