Qualifikationen

• Active state licensure required for local regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC requirements and complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analytic topics.

Aufgaben

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
