Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged. Active licensure, a BA/BS with 1000 field work hours, 1 year ABA experience, and Washington WAC credentials are required; roles offer flexible scheduling,

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulations.

• Washington WAC-based guidelines and supervised experience requirements.
