Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth of teams.

The role requires clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high standards, and supporting staffing needs and documentation compliance.

Qualificações

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
