Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain high clinical and ethical standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational skills, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours

1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis

Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230
