Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Washington is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee high-quality ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will lead clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and support team development across regional groups.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required
• Bachelor's degree with supervised field work hours in ABA
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)
• Supervised experience requirement (WAC 246-805-230)

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
