Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee high-quality ABA service delivery and client care continuity. You will supervise clinicians, coordinate regional teams, and ensure compliance with licensure and PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include program oversight, staffing support, documentation accuracy, and professional development of supervisees, while maintaining ethical clinical practice across all services.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required for practice.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1000 field work hours with ABA experience.
• Complete WAC 246-805 series coursework and supervised experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance and compliance with policies and licensure.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
