Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and staff development. You will coordinate cross‑team efforts to maintain high care standards and compliance with state regulations.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduation from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
