Active licensure, a bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours, and ABA supervision experience are required. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with competitive benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and ABA oversight experience.
• Compliance with WAC 246-805-210 guidelines and supervised experience requirements.
• Legally eligible to practice in Washington and provide ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
