Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a License Compliance Sales Representative, a quota-carrying sales professional who will drive revenue through Autodesk's License Compliance motion. You will own complex opportunities from assessment through close, using licensing data and telemetry to identify commercial opportunities and shape customer engagement strategies.

You will engage stakeholders from operational teams to C-level executives, lead negotiations, and orchestrate Autodesk resources to deliver solutions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS/software.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and meeting targets.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate data into strategies.
• Ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and navigate challenging conversations.
• Cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of License Compliance opportunities from assessment to close.
• Deliver against revenue goals while maintaining pipeline, opportunity, and forecast discipline.
• Analyze software usage, telemetry, licensing, audit to identify commercial opportunities and engagement strategy.
• Lead consultative engagements and negotiations across multiple levels, including senior executives.
• Translate findings into clear business insights and solutions for customers and Autodesk.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and partners to advance opportunities and resolve roadblocks.
• Apply sound commercial judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
