Job summary

Responsibilities include handling help desk tickets, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent IT education/experience.
• Experience installing/configuring Windows workstations.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support to library staff and patrons.
• Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems.
• Develop user guides and documentation for library systems.
