Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or related area plus one year related full-time paid experience.
• Or a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
• Applicants will be subject to a criminal background check after a conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other IT staff to meet needs within IT OP and procedures.
• Log into phone system and be ready to receive calls.
• Ensure prompt answering of calls presented to technician in the phone system.
• Assist in the development of IT policies, procedures, and service goals.
