Job summary

EBSCO Information Services seeks a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft precise RFP responses for the FOLIO Library Services Platform and related SaaS offerings. You will work with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and tech SMEs to translate complex requirements into clear, customer-focused proposals.

You will analyze libraries’ needs, manage multi-project timelines, and maintain reusable content in the RFP repository as capabilities evolve, ensuring accuracy and high-quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or corporate environment with proven writing/communication ability.
• 2+ years of writing, research, project coordination or proposal development experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals for FOLIO and EBSCO SaaS solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs, gaps, and questions requiring SME input.
• Research FOLIO capabilities and library workflows to craft complete proposal responses.
• Coordinate proposal projects from review through submission with timelines and assignments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and Technical teams to meet requirements.
• Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused language.
• Maintain and update the RFP content repository as products evolve.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
