Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft precise responses to RFPs and related procurement requests for FOLIO and SaaS solutions. You’ll translate library workflows into clear, customer-focused content and manage proposal projects from start to finish.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and Legal to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions while maintaining a reusable content repository and supporting ongoing library

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales or corporate environment with strong writing or communications skills.
2+ years of professional writing, research, project coordination, or similar experience translating complex information.
Experience coordinating multiple projects or deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and related procurement documents for FOLIO and EBSCO SaaS.
Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs and gaps.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and other SMEs to address technical requirements.
