Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft compelling responses to RFPs and related procurement requests for the FOLIO Library Services Platform and related SaaS solutions. You will translate complex requirements into clear, customer-focused proposals and coordinate across teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and other subject matter experts to ensure accurate, compliant responses and maintain a robust content

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales or corporate environment with strong writing/communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop technically accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and related documents for FOLIO and EBSCO SaaS solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs and gaps and coordinate SME input.
• Research FOLIO capabilities, library workflows, integrations, and related EBSCO solutions to craft complete responses.
• Coordinate proposal projects from initial review through submission and quality review.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Information Security, Legal, and other SMEs to address complex requirements.
• Translate technical product information into clear language focused on customer needs and outcomes.
• Maintain reusable content within the RFP repository and update as products evolve.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
