About the Role

In this full-time, in-office position (with occasional remote Fridays), you’ll serve as a technical backbone to our operations, handling advanced support and onsite client visits. You’ll troubleshoot and configure complex network environments, support Microsoft 365 and RingCentral VOIP, and ensure uptime and efficiency for the systems that power healthcare delivery across the country.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Level 2 support for network, server, and endpoint issues
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain firewalls, switches, APs, and VPNs
• Manage Office 365 environments and RingCentral VOIP systems
• Deliver world-class customer support and documentation
• Collaborate with and mentor junior team members
• Occasionally travel to client sites (Brooklyn & surrounding – mileage reimbursed)

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on IT experience (2+ in an MSP environment)
• Strong experience with networking equipment (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Juniper)
• Office 365 and Active Directory expertise
