Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Azure Entra ID, and Windows environments
• Configure and maintain desktops, servers, mobile devices, and network components (SonicWall, switches, VPNs)
• Manage and troubleshoot backups (Datto, Carbonite, Azure) and endpoint security solutions
• Support and administer Active Directory, group policies, and user permissions
• Leverage ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control) or similar tools for ticketing, monitoring, and remote access
• Diagnose and remediate malware, viruses, and security vulnerabilities

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of MSP experience
• Strong Windows desktop/server skills with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
• Knowledge of firewalls, backup solutions, and endpoint protection tools
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
