Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I to join its Legal & Compliance Technology team. You will provide Tier 2/3 support for Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, and NAVEX EthicsPoint, ensuring governance and reporting are accurate and timely.

The role collaborates with Legal, IT, and external vendors to implement enhancements and onboarding of new systems. The ideal candidate brings process discipline, strong organizational skills, and a foundation in agile work practices, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in a legal dept.
Experience with legal technology apps and reporting.
Experience handling sensitive data with security controls.
Experience in product management, app administration, or ownership is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven work style.
Experience coordinating projects and communicating status updates.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 support for Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities and NAVEX EthicsPoint.
Manage ServiceNow requests and perform recurring data maintenance tasks.
Support governance, reporting, and data delivery to partners and vendors.
Collaborate with Legal, IT, and vendors on enhancements and onboarding.
Assist with testing, rollout of new workflows, and post-release support.
