Job summary

Lennar Corporation is seeking a Technical Analyst I for its Legal & Compliance Technology team in the United States. The role provides Tier 2/3 support for key legal applications, drives data governance, and supports onboarding, upgrades, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience in a legal department.
Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint or similar platforms.
Experience with legal or HR reporting and management of sensitive data is required.
Experience in technical product management, application administration, or ownership is desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and experience coordinating timelines and status updates.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional and technical support for the Legal Solutions application suite.
Manage and resolve service requests submitted through ServiceNow and other channels.
Perform recurring application administration, user access updates, and data maintenance.
Support legal reporting, governance of sensitive data, and delivery of recurring reports to partners and vendors.
Coordinate application changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors; assist with onboarding and training.
