Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, build preference for our legal information solutions, and drive usage. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts or territory by delivering high-quality consultation and identifying opportunities.

Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing, you will gather customer requirements, share competitive insights, and guide clients from evaluation to adoption.

Qualifications

• JD required and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Experience in training or sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales to shape strategy and develop account plans.
• Identify leads and opportunities with sales partners and Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research and share insights with product/marketing teams.
• Communicate with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance.
