Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, build preference, and drive usage of our legal information solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and territories while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You will understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads. The role requires JD, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% in the US.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
• Proven training and/or sales experience is required.
• Experience performing simple and complex research assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales partners on strategy and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research and share findings with Product, Segment and Marketing teams.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance and consultation.
• Gather feature and function requirements from customers and relay to product teams.
• Utilize required processes, tools, and systems.
