Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate customers, drive adoption of our legal analytics solutions, and grow revenue within assigned accounts. You will collaborate with sales, product and marketing to understand client needs, deliver high‑quality guidance, and surface new leads.

You will also identify opportunities, coordinate with Product Specialists, and share customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
Experience in training and/or sales.
Experience with legal or professional services sales is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
Collaborate with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
Conduct competitor research, analyzing findings, and sharing information with Product, Segment and Marketing.
Communicate credibly with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement.
Collecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members.
Utilizing all required processes, tools and systems.
