Job summary

Knox Attorney Service is seeking an energetic order processing representative to support the records retrieval division. Responsibilities include researching, data entry, and organizing documents to request records for the legal industry. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written, verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Ability to concentrate on detailed work for long periods while following directions.
• Demonstrated skills in identifying and solving problems proactively.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher; basic computer skills expected.
