Job summary

Knox Attorney Service seeks a Field Agent to drive a company vehicle, retrieve and duplicate records for subpoenas or authorizations, and ensure proper legal procedure.

Responsibilities include on-site scanning, client record delivery, and assisting new hires. Valid CA driver license with clean record required; HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Field role with full benefits and standard hours.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Driver License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Experience in legal/documents field preferred but not mandatory.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle and retrieve/duplicate records as requested by clients.
• Effect service upon Custodians of Records in compliance with California CCP.
• Transport scanning equipment to COR locations and scan on-site.
• Complete work orders and billing documentation.
• Deliver records to clients as needed.
• Scan/duplicate mailed-in and client records for production.
• Maintain daily logs and general maintenance of Knox vehicle.
• Assist training of new hires in document retrieval processes.
