Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager in Training to support the legal team and manage daily operations on-site. The role emphasizes organization, documentation, and collaboration with attorneys and staff.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent experience, English-Spanish bilingual preference, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $23/hour with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in the legal field is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred).
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (word processing, filing, records management).
• Strong writing and communication skills; highly organized with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing, filing, and maintaining client files (100+ cases).
• Collect, check requests for medical records, accident reports, driving records, and vehicle ownership; submit for processing.
• Copy documents and demand packages; prepare and send turndowns, no representation letters, contracts, and multi-party letters.
• Send out demand letters and manage routine office duties (typing, mail, office machines).
• Create new and existing client folders and maintain organized records.
