Responsibilities
- Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing and maintaining client files.
- Collect requests for medical records, accident reports, and vehicle ownership.
- Copy documents and demand packages as requested.
- Prepare and mail turndowns, letters, contracts, and multi-party letters.
- Send out demand letters.
- Perform general office duties.
