Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager in Training to support the law firm’s day-to-day operations and assist the legal team. The role is on-site in Santa Monica, with responsibilities including filing, document handling, and client file maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with at least one year in the legal field a plus. Salary is $23/hour.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the legal field is a plus.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (typing ≥35 wpm).

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with filing and organizing client files.
• Collect and submit records and documents for processing.
• Prepare and mail documents and demand packages.
• Maintain client folders and create new ones.
• Prepare and send turndown and representation letters and contracts.
• Send demand letters and support daily office tasks.
