Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a floater to train and support several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This role trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.

Compensation for this role starts at $20 per hour. The position is not remote eligible and requires strong organizational and communication skills with prior legal or administrative experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail with a great attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with multiple employees within our organization.
• Not remote eligible.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Case Managers
• Order medical records from providers
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carries
• Investigate the nature and facts of cases
• Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
