Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is hiring a Case Manager in Training to support attorneys and staff in day-to-day operations. The position is on-site and pays $23 per hour, with full-time benefits for eligible employees.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or certificate, some legal experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the legal field is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing and maintaining client files.
• Collect and submit medical records, accident reports, and driving records.
• Copy documents and prepare demand packages.
• Prepare and send letters and contracts.
• Perform general office duties and data entry.
• Create new and existing client folders.
• Support with sending demand letters and other correspondence.
• Keep files up to date in a fast-paced environment.
