Qualifications

• This role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

• Strong admin and clerical knowledge and fast-paced workload management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing, filing, and maintaining client files up to 100+ cases.
• Collect check requests for medical records, accident reports, and vehicle documents for processing.
• Copy documents and demand packages; handle mail and certifications.
• Perform general office duties and manage client folders; prepare and send letters.
• Support the legal team with routine tasks and workload coordination.
