Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a floater who will train and support several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This role is a stepping stone toward a Case Manager position, offering hands-on exposure and growth opportunities.

The position requires note-worthy organization and communication skills, with a salary of $23/hour and potential for growth through performance. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with presentation ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases; typing 35 wpm or faster.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Case Managers and learn best practices.
• Order medical records from providers.
• Prepare demands and assemble support for carriers under attorney supervision.
• Investigate the facts of cases and gather relevant information.
• Negotiate deductions of medical balances with providers.
• Prepare documents and correspondence to reach settlements.
