The ideal candidate will lead the billing team, resolve workflow questions, and ensure accurate client bills in line with billing requirements. Remote options may be considered for highly qualified applicants with strong Aderant expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience with hands-on Aderant proficiency.
• 2–3 years of Aderant experience preferred.
• Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, LEDES 1998B.
• Prior billing management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train others and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Available to begin ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to billing team members.
• Help train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing workflow questions.
• Prepare, review, and process client bills according to client billing requirements.
• Support electronic billing, including BillBlast and LEDES 1998B files.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, electronic submission issues, and rejected invoices.
• Coordinate with attorneys, accounting staff, and other internal stakeholders to complete billing accurately and on time.
• Help the team strengthen billing processes following the Aderant implementation.
