Onsite during initial training with potential hybrid flexibility afterward; remote candidates with exceptional Aderant and legal billing experience may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience and hands-on Aderant proficiency.
• 2–3 years of Aderant experience preferred.
• Experience with BillBlast and LEDES 1998B electronic billing.
• Billing management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train others and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to billing team members.
• Help train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing workflow questions.
• Prepare, review, and process client bills per client requirements.
• Support electronic billing, including BillBlast and LEDES files.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and submission issues.
• Coordinate with attorneys and accounting to complete billing on time.
• Strengthen billing processes following Aderant implementation.
