Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage team member leaves from intake to closure. You will determine eligibility, coordinate with providers, and maintain confidential records while supporting benefits programs in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), 3 years of related experience, and knowledge of related regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of Team Member leaves from intake through eligibility and case closure.
• Review leave requests, determine eligibility under policy and laws, and issue determinations.
• Administer various disability leaves, monitor duration, and coordinate with carriers and healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidential case notes and electronic records; ensure timely completion of documentation.
