Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Benefits Partner to manage a caseload of leaves and benefits inquiries. You will coordinate leave processes, eligibility, and return-to-work, while protecting confidential information and supporting enrollment in health and retirement programs.

By collaborating with Payroll, HR Partners, and leadership, you will ensure timely resolutions and accurate records. The role demands strong communication, organization, and adherence to HIPAA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of related work experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class 'A' gaming license.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write clearly.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and handle U.S. currency.
• Moderate to advanced reasoning; escalate when needed.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of leaves from intake to closure.
• Review leave requests, determine eligibility, issue determinations.
• Administer continuous, intermittent, and reduced-schedule leaves.
• Complete disability forms and coordinate with carriers and providers.
• Maintain confidential medical information and accurate records.
• Follow up through leave lifecycle and resolve cases timely.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and leadership on leave matters.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Assist with enrollment in health insurance and retirement plans.
• Serve as liaison with carriers and benefit vendors.
