Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to manage team member leaves from inquiry through closure. You will determine eligibility, coordinate return-to-work, and handle benefit enrollments, while safeguarding confidential information in a fast-paced, casino environment.

As part of the Talent Management team, you’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, providers, and leadership to resolve cases efficiently.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of related work experience and/or training.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.

Mansioni

• Independently manage a caseload of team member leaves from intake through closure.
• Review leave requests for eligibility under policy and laws; issue determinations.
• Administer leaves (continuous, intermittent, reduced) and coordinate extensions.
• Complete disability forms; coordinate with carriers and providers while protecting medical information.
• Maintain follow-up to move cases toward timely resolution and closure.
• Coordinate with Payroll and HR Partners on leave-related matters; protect confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate case notes and electronic records.
• Resolve routine issues; escalate complex matters to Senior Benefits Partner or HR leadership.
• Determine benefit eligibility and assist enrollment in health and retirement plans.
• Act as liaison between Team Members, carriers, providers, and vendors.
• Administer and respond to Child Support Orders.
• Scan/index and maintain Team Member files and TMSS transactions.
• Maintain Benefits & Wellness website and knowledge of relevant regulations.
