Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage a caseload of leave cases from intake to closure. You will determine eligibility, coordinate return-to-work, and work with HR, payroll, and providers to resolve issues while protecting patient information.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and 3 years of related experience. PHR/SHRM-CP preferred; occasional nights/weekends may apply.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of related work experience and/or training.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.

Mansioni

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of Team Member leaves from intake through eligibility and closure.
• Review leave requests for policy and legal eligibility and issue determinations.
• Administer different leave types and monitor frequency and duration.
• Complete disability forms and coordinate with carriers and providers while protecting privacy.
• Maintain case notes, records, and communications with stakeholders.
• Assist with enrollment in health and retirement benefits and respond to inquiries.
